1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for all products and services offered by Medina Mindshift Hypnosis & Coaching ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through our website at medinamindshift.com and any other sales channels.
By purchasing any service or product from Medina Mindshift Hypnosis & Coaching, you ("Client," "Customer," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

2. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Medina Mindshift Hypnosis & Coaching are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all products and services, including but not limited to:
  • Hypnosis sessions (individual or packages)
  • Life coaching sessions (individual or packages)
  • Health and wellness coaching sessions (individual or packages)
  • Digital products
  • Online courses
  • Downloadable materials
  • Any other services or products offered by the Company

3. Services Policy

3.1 Hypnosis and Coaching Sessions

Due to the personalized nature of our hypnosis, life coaching, and health and wellness coaching services, all session purchases are non-refundable. Once a session or session package has been purchased, no refunds will be issued regardless of whether the sessions have been used.

3.2 Session Cancellations and Rescheduling

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that scheduling conflicts may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice via email or text to hello@medinamindshift.com. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time, or failure to attend a scheduled session ("no-show"), will result in forfeiting the payment for that session with no refund (and no credit, unless we choose otherwise in writing).
While we may make exceptions in limited circumstances, exceptions are not guaranteed and are made solely at the Company’s discretion.

4. Digital Products and Courses

4.1 Instant Access Products

All digital products, downloadable materials, and online courses are final sale and non-refundable. Due to the immediate access nature of digital content, once a purchase is completed and access is granted, the sale is considered final. All sales for digital products and completed sessions are final and non-refundable.

4.2 Acknowledgment of Digital Delivery

By purchasing digital products or courses, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • You are receiving immediate access to digital content
  • The non-tangible nature of digital products makes them non-returnable
  • You waive any right to a refund upon gaining access to the purchased content

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Medina Mindshift Hypnosis & Coaching in the following limited circumstances:
  • Duplicate charges due to technical error
  • Incorrect charge amount
  • As required by applicable law
Any request for an exception must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the original purchase date.

6. Chargebacks

By agreeing to this Refund Policy, you acknowledge that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Medina Mindshift Hypnosis & Coaching constitutes a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide evidence of your agreement to this policy.

You acknowledge and agree that results are not guaranteed and that any outcomes (or lack of outcomes) do not entitle you to a refund, including for digital products, session packages, or completed sessions.
