My story (and why it matters to you)
I learned what I know by doing—supporting family and friends with healthier choices since I was a teenager. Over time, I saw a pattern: people don’t need more information; they need a plan that feels doable, supportive accountability, and a mindset that keeps them moving forward.
That’s why I became a certified Life Coach and Nutritionist. Today, I blend practical nutrition guidance with coaching tools that help you follow through—even when life gets busy.
