My story (and why it matters to you)
If you’ve been carrying the weight of constant responsibilities—trying to succeed at work, show up for others, and still find time to take care of yourself—I want you to know I truly get it. For years, I built a successful career in corporate management. I knew the pace, the pressure, and what it took to keep everything moving—often at the expense of my own well-being. Then I had a health scare that landed me in the emergency room, and it stopped me in my tracks. In the quiet that followed, I did a lot of honest self-evaluation and realized I wasn’t living in alignment with who I truly was. Something had to change.
That experience brought me back to my roots—hypnosis and coaching. With an MS in Psychology, multiple certifications as a Life Coach and Master Health and Wellness Coach, and as a Certified Consulting Hypnotist (National Guild of Hypnotists), I’ve spent years studying how lasting change actually happens—not just in theory, but in real life when motivation dips and responsibilities don’t pause. Returning to this work didn’t feel like starting over; it felt like coming home.
From there, I began exploring what it would look like to reinvigorate the business we had previously built—Juniper Hypnosis Center—so I could support others in a way that’s grounded, compassionate, and sustainable. I’m not here to hand you more advice or a one-size-fits-all plan. I’m here to partner with you—meeting you where you are, honoring your needs, and helping you move forward without shame—so you feel supported, steady, and capable as you create meaningful change that brings more peace, joy, and confidence into your life and relationships.
